wait one more thing

I'm so full of cake.
If I eat any more cake I'd have to vomit first.
Sometimes I'll eat 2 or 3 cakes in a single day.
I love cake!
I can't be any clearer than that.
I love cake!
I'll eat every cake in New York City.
I can't even go into bakeries anymore because I'll eat all the cake.
I'll say "Where's the cake? Gimme the cake! Get the cake!"
And they say, "We know how very much you love cake, and we know you very rarely have the money for any of our cake, so get outta here, because you can't afford our cake! But we know how much you love cake, so get outta here, you can't afford the cake!"
I'll punch somebody in the head for some cake.
Give me all your cake!
I love cake!
Gimme the cake!
Now!
I love it!
I love cake!
Gimme your cake!
[sinister laugh]

burrrr

aqua teen is going off the air.
fffcdfcjiejwioj!

so here's some quotes to remeber them by:

Master Shake: Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Now, I've heard the arguments on both sides, and there is nothing to convince me of the need to brush your teeth.

-

Meatwad: Master Shake told me to go in the freezer, because there was a carnival in there. There was no carnival, it was a damn freezer. I got freezer burn, and I got mushed up against that chicken

-

Meatwad: You don't need a machine to make a rainbow for rainbows are made of happy thoughts and dreams and chocolate unicorns and gumdrops and licorice sunsets and fuzzy gum drops bears and chocolate covered chocolate gumdrop land

-

[looking at porn]
Err: Oh man, you gotta check this out.
Meatwad: Oh yeah baby, that's a neat car she's washing. You think that's a straight 6?
Err: I think I have a straight 6.
Inignot: Ooooo. Err, your sexual innuendo is priceless.

-

Robot: THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO, before the dawn of man as we knew him, there was Sir Santa of Claus, an ape-like creature making crude and pointless toys out of dinobones and his own waste, hurling them at chimp-like creatures with crinkled hands regardless of how they behaved the previous year. These so-called "toys" were buried as witches, and defecated upon, and hurled at predators when wakened by the searing grunts of children. It wasn't a holly jolly Christmas that year. For many were killed.

i really need to start wasting time on here again

though the food and shisha wasn't the best, it was more than adequate for the price.

I was amazed, astounded, and a washed with joy when I finally got a chance to check out [info]kiichow's evil deads that she shipped over like 3 weeks ago. as if the evil deads weren't enough she also threw in some smoosH! smoosh is some happy stuff. i wished they'd play here, i think they're opening for mates of state in cali. mmmm mates of state and smoosh.

but anyway thanks dude, seriously.

January has been brutally boring for me. i've been covering for dad while he's away and his assignments have been keeping me off the net for awhile. his work and my school are going to drive me off a cliff.

oh and i never got to say eid mubarak. so eid mubarak!

Some good news and new years eve

from today's times

"Aid workers emphasized that they had still seen no outbreaks of infectious disease in Sri Lanka or India. In Sri Lanka in particular, they praised what they said was an extraordinary effort by officials and local volunteers to find and bury the dead, and to place an estimated 600,000 homeless people quickly in shelters in schools, temples and mosques. A vast public outpouring of donations and support from ordinary Sri Lankans has also prevented any severe shortage of food or clothing."

BUT they are still expecting a rise of infectious diseases in the coming weeks, though it won't cause nearly as many deaths as predicted.
There's still little or no info on the Maldives. The Times is saying 20 or so islands have been completey destroyed.

the times also had nice link to this page: http://www.networkforgood.org/topics/international/earthquake/tsunami122604.aspx
It's for the network for good who catagorizes all the nonprofit organizations by their involvement in the relief efforts. They've split them up into 4 groups: Emergency Response, Food & Medicine, Children & Families, and Rebuild & Recover. Give some cash to each one if you can.

New Year's Eve:
I can't remember everything from new year's eve because i ended up contracting a stomach virus and kept passing out from dehydration. This what I can recollect:Got sick early morning new year's eve and passed out. when I came to, i went to the bathroom, blew some chunks and felt much better. Drank a gatorade and took the 10:30 bus to the city. As I exited the port authority at 11:00 there was barely anyone outside. It was the first time i've been to times square on new year's eve and i always thought that it would be packed but apparently the nypd caught some sniper on 8th ave and had to shutdown the entire street. So in perfect view of the ball and with less then 50 or so people around me i decided to leave that shit hole of blinding lights and go to Misshapes. Got there just in time for the midnight toast, eventhough I couldn't drink anything but water. The music was alright, they played some bloc party and stuff. Peaches went on at 1:30, or atleast i think it was peaches, i couldn't really see and i don't know anything from fatherfucker so i coudn't tell by listening. During the set I felt the need to sit down, so I managed to drag my self to the couch and proceeded pass out again. Some kind soul woke me up at 3 and gave me some vitamin water that the party people gave out to everyone. With my new found energy I made the trek to Motherfucker with some peeps and got in for free cause i knew that guy from the bravery(I think that's exactly what I said, heh). Mofo was crazy, it was much larger than the labor day party i went to 6 months ago. This time they had like 4 or 5 floors and each floor had it's own genre of music it played (a la webster hall but far more tasteful). Met up with my brother who was hanging out with the darkroom kids. the bravery went on at 4, they were ok but not too great though. It was almost dawn after the bravery had ended their set so we all went up to roof to see the sunrise. It was quite a sight to see after what seemed like an endless night of partying. After wards we walked back to the bus station and caught the 9:30 bus home. got yelled at by my parents and went to sleep. slept all day yesterday. and finally got around to kill some time on the internet today. I wish i had pictures but i was no shape to take any(at least good ones). Plus they had photographers at both partys. but the moral of the story is that you can still kind of sort of have fun when you've got a stomach virus.

i've become a leafer

the remaining shots of from the bbg.

the reason i'm posting these are cause they were shot in fuji velvia color slides whereas the previous pictures were from kodak ektachrome US. i think this set came out much nicer. the fuji film produced a far more natural and subtlte tone.

i've been playing around with some slide film recently and the results have been...eh, so so. the colors are great but they're a bit too exagerated. and i think i my manual camera needs repair.

this year's foliage has been sooo freaking beautiful, i just had to shoot some of it.
